INTERVIEW WITH DR. MEGHAN LARISSA GOOD

Discussion Questions

  1. Dr. Good says step one is to know what’s distinctive about us or we get caught in the current. So, what do you think is distinctive about our community? Your community?

  2. She also says Anabaptists are “all about the distinctness and forget we are called to be distinct for the sake of the world.” Does that ring true? Have you seen evidence of this?

  3. Meghan talks about “table practice” meaning cultivating relationship across lines as Jesus did. Is anyone in your group, or among your friends really good at doing this? Are you comfortable with crossing cultural, economic or other lines? Might there be a way to partner those who are strong with those who find this really hard to help them develop skill and confidence?

  4. Dr. Good also says we are carriers of grace and healing power. Without revealing anything confidential, do you have an example of yourself or someone you know having carried grace and healing power?
